-Please consider:
-Oxygen be available if needed, as though my spot level was on high, I still feel like passing out on some occasions (moderate discomfort) and having some O2 would have helped as oxygen demand increases when on stress.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and really gave me confidence. They could not have done more to put me at ease.
The procedure I was dreading was actually pain free and I did not suffer any pain, and I would say that the treatment I had was excellent.

The staff were thorough and were communicative, explaining clearly what they were doing, what options I had over the court of the proposed treatment etc. In addition they were kind and courteous towards my daughter who had brought me in.
